WBV IS A FAVORITE TRAINING METHOD FOR:


During WBV exercise, the body tries to keep the head and body steady and upright. All the muscles that keep the body in this position are exercised as a reaction to the oscillating movements. At 25 Hz speed, the units produces 1500 repetitions per minute! As you can see, this produces a strong training effect.
